Simay Bülbül

Fashion designer Simay Bülbül brings a different perspective to the fashion design sector of our country by using leather mainly in her collections and especially by combining leather and knitting together.

 Combining the vision she gained during her education in England and the Netherlands and her experience based on her studies in the field of design in her own collections, Simay Bülbül also provides design and brand consultancy services to various companies.

2003 Derisigner (Leather Design Competition) Türkiye winner Simay Bülbül combines simplicity and difference with her leather collections, which she completes in integrity with textile products.

Since 2001, Simay Bülbül has been actively working in the fashion industry and first started to design under her own name and label in 2007. The designer, who defines her brand identity as “Bohemian Elegance”, dresses women who are looking for or have found their own way, who feel design, who love to live outside the mold.

 Simay Bülbül, who held her first fashion show at Garage İstanbul in 2008 with her collection “Tales We Plucked from Rollers”, has been regularly participating in İstanbul Fashion Days, İstanbul Week and Mercedes Benz Fashion Week İstanbul organizations since 2009.

As of 2010, she has been representing Türkiye in various fashion weeks and organizations in Germany, South Korea and the United States.

She is the founder of Perveran, a brand that brings back to life forgotten crafts and creative designs with the unique craftsmanship of craftsmen from all over Türkiye.

Since 2012, Simay Bülbül has been volunteering for children under protection. In 2018, she founded the Red Children Association for the awareness of foster care and the development of children under protection.
